I am giving the high score for the location and the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The process and reservation on the other hand was a complete mess. 1) Having to tow the trailer 500kms empty because the trailer reserved over a week in advance was unavailable is completely unacceptable. 2) having the U-Haul system go down while checking in was once again completely unacceptable. It shouldn't take over an hour to The overall experience was one that makes me question ever using UHaul again.
