I had zero issues with this location itself, I booked online as u haul will only let you book online apparently, I selected a different location then Devon location entirely, showed up at location on my confirmation from u haul to find out there’s no truck for me, they changed the location of pick up and drop off without telling me, then I was billed for all the extra kms even after telling them this needs to be sorted out because I didn’t select this location, nobody cares just take your money for there mistake which costs me more and make them more money. Says opens at 10 am people don’t show up on time for work at nisku location. Devon location tried there very best and apologized for the issues and if it wasn’t for them calling me an hour after my pick up time wondering why I’m not there I wouldn’t have known and not had a truck to move.

Kim KI am giving the high score for the location and the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The process and reservation on the other hand was a complete mess. 1) Having to tow the trailer 500kms empty because the trailer reserved over a week in advance was unavailable is completely unacceptable. 2) having the U-Haul system go down while checking in was once again completely unacceptable. It shouldn't take over an hour to The overall experience was one that makes me question ever using UHaul again.
