One of the worst check in experiences of my life. Found out the day before that this was a 24/7 contactless location. Almost nothing went well. The app wasn't saving or uploading photos of the vehicle. The vehicle was too close to another vehicle to get a picture of the passenger side had the app been working. Taking a picture of the front of the vehicle required me to stand in the middle of a busy street...but again, the app wasn't working. Had to call support a few times and they were the bright light of the whole experience. At some point, they just to take a lot of pictures and be ready to argue with someone with something came up. Always good advice.

She waited with us to assure that the app worked and we were able to get the truck checked out. I am sorry I forgot her name, but she was a pleasure to talk with and we were greatfull she was willing to wait until our process was completed. THANK YOU!!!
