I reserved a 10’ truck and they only had a 15’ truck available. It was more truck than I needed, more difficult to drive, and cost me more in fuel. I was quite frustrated that the truck I reserved wasn’t available.

David FThe check in process was a little confusing and the app didn't seem to be working properly. This made checking in a hassle. It kept saying that I needed to scan a barcode that I never did find, and then the app just automatically updated and moved to the next step. Steps in the check in process were repeated a few times for some reason.
