We had two tire blow outs that left us stranded on the side of the freeway in dangrous conditions. We were nearly rear ended by a semi that was driving over the white line in the shoulder and jerking back into his lane at the last minute. Every time we started our vehicle we got a message that the trailer was in need of maintenance. This trailer is not safe on the road! We are out over $1100 to replace your faulty tires!

Truck was dirty
Eric BOne of the worst check in experiences of my life. Found out the day before that this was a 24/7 contactless location. Almost nothing went well. The app wasn't saving or uploading photos of the vehicle. The vehicle was too close to another vehicle to get a picture of the passenger side had the app been working. Taking a picture of the front of the vehicle required me to stand in the middle of a busy street...but again, the app wasn't working. Had to call support a few times and they were the bright light of the whole experience. At some point, they just to take a lot of pictures and be ready to argue with someone with something came up. Always good advice.
