The instructions for key retrieval need amended. The language states once you locate your rental, "look to the left of the door for the keys in a lockbox". To me, and my spouse, this implied the lock box was to the left of the van's door. You need to ass the lock box is left of the OFFICE door. To figure this out, it cost me 15 minutes. I initiated a live chat - zero assistance, and called a rep. Eventually, I found an orange drop off box for keys and the lock box was to the right of it. Also, you shouldn't rent dollys and furniture pads to people using 24/7 pick up since those items can't be provided to the customer. I'm glad I went ahead and purchased boxes elsewhere or I would have had a similar issue - not available to me since I picked up the vehicle prior to the store opening for the day.
