You switched my location last minute to a tienda. The man barely spoke to me and seemed aggravated.. I had no instruction or review of the tow hitch.. I watched the video but the two hitch kept shifting. This was not an easy thing to get off and on the vehicle. Then I was told that it would be an extra $100 on top of the already $432. If my card was not accepted it cost more then why was I told last minute?

NANCY MPlace a stand for hooker up trailer. Too heavy for one person to lift up and attach to truck.
