How U-Haul Reviews WorkStop doing business with the pickup location in Oakdale. Someone should not have to wait an hour after they're scheduled pickup time for their vehicle. Bobby originally explained that the person that handles U-Hauls wouldn't be in until 2:00 even though I had a 12:30 reservation. Ridiculous.
Jeffrey DThe process at pick up was frustrating because the attendant did not have a clue how to make my pick up easy. I had to converse with his boss and was able to process my reservation. After a few trys was able to obtain the correct key. Somehow the amount of fuel in the rental truck was not accurately recorded. I took a photo of the dashboard at the pick up site and noted that the gage showed that it was 1/2 full but my bill came back stating it was 5/8 full and was charged an additional $16 to cover the difference. I am in the process of presenting a photo of the gas gage at the pick up site to correct UHaul's error.
