The process at pick up was frustrating because the attendant did not have a clue how to make my pick up easy. I had to converse with his boss and was able to process my reservation. After a few trys was able to obtain the correct key. Somehow the amount of fuel in the rental truck was not accurately recorded. I took a photo of the dashboard at the pick up site and noted that the gage showed that it was 1/2 full but my bill came back stating it was 5/8 full and was charged an additional $16 to cover the difference. I am in the process of presenting a photo of the gas gage at the pick up site to correct UHaul's error.
