How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am frustrated that no one from U-Haul corporate notified me that there wasn’t a 15ft truck available at Bourne. I had a reservation but the person who rented the truck before me extended their reservation until 3:00 pm. We drove south from Lowell, MA to Bourne, MA. Then north to east wareham, then south again past Bourne. We lost 2 hours of our day due to corporate notified notifying us. We also used an extra hour of gas driving. Does anyone at corporate care about customers? Horrifying.
Sheila HAfter having to switch locations because the one I requested did not have the inventory after I scheduled it. Showed up 15 minutes early to get my keys ended up having to call the corporate office to contact someone to get my keys, sat around an extra half hour to have them figure it out. On top of that there was no gas in the truck. This location seems like a nightmare. Not again just going to go with Home depot next time.
Andrew COver charged me and I called they said they will call me back and never called
Michael SPickup was not easy. Attendant wasn't able to communicate well. Difficult time to get key. Pickup took much longer than expected.
