This was a really difficult location to find. When we arrived to pick up the trailer there was no one there. He was about 35 mins late. We had to go to a store to get a different wiring attachment which would have been ideal of one was available to purchase on site. Caused a bit of a delay waiting and then having to go get the wiring attachment. The man we dealt with was good once he arrived.

Shala MHave equipment (trailer) maintained to give confidence to those who rent. The drop of point was a ‘sketchy’ location.- When I called I to drop off I was directed to a different number answering service and was unsure if place would have anybody there or b open.
Robert DI arrived at 10:20 to pickup the trailer but the location was closed. The agent finally arrived at 10:35 though the office was supposed to be open at 10:00am. Agent was pleasant & competant Agent let me choose the drop off location in Calgary, however when I arrived to drop the trailer the location wouldn't accept it and couldn't tell me where I was supposed to return to the unit to.
