I don't think there's anything else can be done to improve any customer, the representative was very polite and courteous.
Neville TThe app pickup experience is horrendous, and the alternative, waiting in line for a woefully understaffed customer service desk is not much of a better option. After putting in your information, be prepared to wait up to 20-30 minutes outside before getting approved to pickup the keys, and when you finally get the keys, the app cannot retain and process photos of the truck, the input field for photos does not get filled after several attempts. So you are stuck outside in whatever weather you get blessed with, with a non-functional app, and on-hold customer service. The one star ratings on the app store say it all.
