The truck was clean. And the person told me it was a new truck so it shouldn’t have any trouble. It had a little over 24,000 miles on it. And it was the roughest horrible ride I have ever had in any vehicle. It shook and vibrated so badly that I almost couldn’t drink anything like a sip of water while I was driving. It vibrated so hard that some of my furniture that I was moving, came apart in the back of the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved the auto transport to pick up at Coronado U-haul at 7AM because I had to get an early start out of El Paso. I got a call at 2:45PM the day before to pick up the auto transport at Texas Linghorn structures at 9:45 AM. I reseved to pick up at 7 AM. Really bad communication on U-hauls part. Changing pick up locationsn at the last minute.

Alejandra MI turned in the equipment after hours and it was a bit hard to know it was a u-haul drop off location if you were not searching for other u-hauls parked
JOSHUA MI was given a pickup location in Chapperal NM. That location was prob 10 miles off of the freeway out in the country on a two lane road. GPS got me right to the address provided and there were two older U Haul trucks sitting in the dirt. But this place looked like it had been vacant for a long time. There were no other vehicles of any kind behind a rusty old weed infested fence and not a human within a thousand feet. That waste of time situation almost ruined the trip to Anthony NM to purchase an old Chevy car. Lucky, the U Haul 800 number found a tow dolly in El Paso, but said l had to pick it up by 3:pm, which some how l managed to do. You can imagine how frustrating driving 400 miles and then having this happen was. I did get the Chevy home though.
