The drop-off went very smooth and the lady who assisted me was very helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was clean. And the person told me it was a new truck so it shouldn’t have any trouble. It had a little over 24,000 miles on it. And it was the roughest horrible ride I have ever had in any vehicle. It shook and vibrated so badly that I almost couldn’t drink anything like a sip of water while I was driving. It vibrated so hard that some of my furniture that I was moving, came apart in the back of the truck.
Elizabeth TI reserved the auto transport to pick up at Coronado U-haul at 7AM because I had to get an early start out of El Paso. I got a call at 2:45PM the day before to pick up the auto transport at Texas Linghorn structures at 9:45 AM. I reseved to pick up at 7 AM. Really bad communication on U-hauls part. Changing pick up locationsn at the last minute.
Benjamin GExcellent customer service
Alejandra MI turned in the equipment after hours and it was a bit hard to know it was a u-haul drop off location if you were not searching for other u-hauls parked
