We rented a trailer in El Paso and drove to Tennessee. Everything was communicated on where to pick up the trailer, it was moved from the original location for our convenience. Claudia in El Paso was very thorough with the trailer check and made sure we were set before we left.

GEORGE MThe salesperson at this place had no idea what he was doing, he was on the phone with someone telling him step by step how to do his job. He then hooked up the trailer to my truck incorrectly which caused a near death experience when my truck went out of control nearly killing me! I reported this experience and have not heard back from ANYONE!
