Did a truck request in the morning for an after hours pick up. Paid for equipment and did not get anything. Can’t seem to get a response about a refund for the equipment I paid to rent.

Miguel SThere was no furniture dolly that I paid for. I have been having recurring issues over the past two weeks each time I try to rent a uhaul and I struggle to get anything but an automatic voice on the phone. I will not be renting from uhaul again.

MAVERICK DI filled the fuel to the level I recieved it at & he charged me $35 for fuel that I request to be refunded plea refund He charged me for 5 extra miles I picked up at 15916 We finished at 15950 I wish he was honest & o wig the uhaul rep had mentioned that it is not a uhaul location Also the uhaul person mis calculated the Mles when I asked her where I needed to drive to She miscalculated by 10 miles So my coat is a lot higher than it should have been Pls cal me & refund
