How U-Haul Reviews WorkI remember when you could pickup and drop off the rental of your choosing, from the time I made the reservation and date of usage, U- haul changed the location, for both. Poor customer service.
RAUL GU-Haul can improve its customer service by clearly communicating drop off and pick up locations at least 24 hours in advance and avoid changing drop-off locations after the customer picks up the vehicle. Time is really valuable when you are moving, and it was a stressful and frustrating experience to have last minute switches and coordination with multiple U-Haul locations. Truck and materials were great.
