I have rented trailers from U Haul numerous times and never have I been told that I would have to pay 20 dollars to have the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. The legal ramifications of a customer hooking up a trailer is grounds for a lawsuit. I am a 66 year old man with back pain. Do you really expect me to lift a trailer onto a hitch by myself? S.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStaff were very friendly and professional when placing the order as well as returning the equipment. No issues with the equipment. When I received the equipment, everything was clean and operational. I’m happy with my experience and would come back to this site again for the same service.
Derrell TThey told if I bring back more fuel than expected then uhaul will reimburse it but nothing like that happened
Omkar NExcellent rental from beginning to end. Excellent staff support.
Martin JWhen I returned the car I had rented, they tried to pin pre-existing damage on me, but I had taken precautions beforehand and filmed the car when I picked it up, so they couldn’t get away with it. That’s why you should check the condition of the cars yourself and hold the people who return them accountable.
