I was not happy with havign to dirve an additional 30 minutes to this location, as it was not the original destination of my reserved 15' truck. Depsite that inconvenience, the priopietor of the was helpful, respectful, and informed of when my expected return date and time (I turned the truck in early).

Friendly and smooth process
Nelson TI called an hour before they closed. No one answered the phone but the owner called me back immediately and help me out. I went in immediately and within 20 minutes I was able rent a van . The van was clean and smelled good. Overall my experience was exceptional.. I use this U-Haul ever few years …. I promise you …. It’s worth it.
Easter FYou don’t need to do anything, everything is just perfect.
