Extremely unorganized for weekend usage and very poor communication. I needed to apparently check in online instead of in person because theres no clerk which is Extremely inconvenient. I had to wait an hour to even get the keys as its in a coded lock box and never received the code. Definitely room for improvements.

Add a spare tire to your trailers. And inspect the tires before you approve them for rental

Dick SPersonnel were excellent in helping me to lift the trailer off my hitch. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.
