Tie down straps for driver’s side of transport vehicle became unfastened during trip. Both sides were loose at each fuel stop.

This was not a designated U-Haul facility, the person receiving was nice and polite but struggled navigating thru the rental prompts. They barely had enough pads, I ordered 24 and he said it was likely he didn't have them, but managed to scrounge up what was needed. I also reserved a Dollie, he didn't have one. The truck hadn't been fully cleaned since the last move, I noticed garbage under the driver seat when returning the truck.
jeff wTurned in the vehicle after they closed. Charged me for gas when I had refilled it. Took picture of gas level before I left the facility and when I returned it. The level of gas was higher when I returned it. Called uHaul, send pictures and received a refund. The dishonesty from Fleet, which I have rented from in the past, was disappointing.
