How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck and transport trailer were not ready for our arrival time. So we reacted out to customer care. A representative came out to try to aid but advised we would have to wait till store opened to proceed. (Representative was cordial) By now we are behind on our schedule. Now we are waiting for the store front to open. Then the store front did not open at its opening time of 8:00 AM. We reached out again to customer care. They stated they reached out to the owner of the store front. We are falling behind more on our schedule. A worker ends up showing up and stated the person that was supposed to open that day was a " no show" We eventually got into a dirty rental behind on our moving day with rhe wrong return location inputs into paperwork even though I stated our return location on bother rentals. I reached out to customer care again.
Juvenal AThe online upselling pages are frustrating. I must have answered No to insurance at least three times and the end result at pickup still included insurance. Also, the page that asks for a photo of a "Doc" should clearly state Driver's License.
