Through the uhaul system I booked my pick up for 7:30am, the system noted that the store was not open until 8:30am, but mobile pick up would be available. When I arrived to pickup the truck and follow the instructions on the app it just directed me to call their service number. Customer service was as helpful as they could be but there were no pick up instructions left by the store owner and they were unable to contact them so I had to sit and wait for them until 8:30. It was also brought to my attention from customer service that the dolly’s and blanket I had rented were not available at this location so I had to waste additional time going to another location to get these. I would recommend giving some notice to customers if they are not getting what they expect. If I use uhaul in the future I will be skipping the neighbourhood dealers and going right to an actual uhaul location.
