The truck was dirty, in the back of what looked like a different business and kind of hidden. The employee was not very nice and acted like I was an inconvenience. I didn’t get the dolly I paid for because they don’t have any. I had to call and ask for a refund. Not sure why I had to ask when he knew he didn’t have one to rent. I was not allowed the full 24 hours I paid for, in fact was told if it wasn’t back in 12 hours I would be charged again on top of fees.

Richelor DReally nothing, the site was a little different, sitting in the middle of a lot filled with semi trucks, but it was close to my home. Staff were nice, honest and helpful. Would use there service again.
Stephanie WThis location got the job done. It is in a location that can be "hidden" even though there are signs everywhere. I asked a mechanic shop exactly where UHail was and they pointed me to the right direction. Everything in that area seems to belong all together, but that was not the case. The Uhaul reps though were very helpful.
