When I arrived at the business to pick the truck up, there were no employees there that knew anything about the U-Haul system. They tried for 20 minutes to get the gentleman who did run the U-Haul system on the phone. Finally, he picked up and told them he had put the key in an outside box. No one had ever let me know, called me, emailed me, or texted me, to tell me that I was supposed to pick up the truck remotely. On my reservation, I specifically requested counter pick up. I had also paid for a dolly, but no one knew anything about that and they did not have any dollies so I didn’t have a dolly for my furniture move. In addition, when I got into the truck, the tire monitoring system was not working, there was a warning on the dashboard, and all of the tires seemed to be 8 to 10 pounds low on air. The truck did not run well and, due to an error in the pick up, information was not entered into the computer system correctly, and I was unable to return the truck that evening. When I did arrive the next day, there was no one located at the business. I waited for 30 minutes and finally someone showed up who again, did not know anything about the U-Haul system. I tried repeatedly on my app to return the truck online, but it kept glitching and would not allow me to do so. I finally just had to hand the key to an employee and walk away. Overall, I would not recommend this location as a pick up or drop off for U-Haul. And the trucks need to be better maintained by the U-Haul company.

Emma CWhen I reserved the truck included moving pads and a trolley. Since this location is not an U-Haul facility they weren't available. Was told that there were several facility nearby that I could get the requested material. There should be a method to notify renters if the requested supplies are available at the desired location. Service and quality of the truck were outstanding. Would use U-Haul again if needed.
