the guy couldn't have cared less that I was there. I don't know why I am directed out to this location for rentals. A little while back I rented a truck and had to go out there. Its just as far or farther having to go all the way out there. The place where I went to rent a storage box is in town maybe closer and has everything there. This location is a gas station out on I40. When I was making the reservation for the truck and the trailer, it would Not let me use the location in town. Said They weren't available. But I looked. Both times they had the equipment I wanted on the location in town. I should have the choice to get stuff where I want to. Its going to affect and future rentals with U haul.

A couple days before my rental pick up I got a call stating that they had no trailers the size I wanted so I’d have to go get one from a different location so I said OK fine so I went to the different location, but they didn’t have my hitch stinger that I needed to hook the trailer to my car that I had previously purchased online; so I had to drive 25 minutes back to the other rental place, pick up my hitch stinger, and then drive all the way back out another 25 minutes to the place where my trailer was because U-Haul did not have my equipment where it needed to be for me and they did not inform me that it wouldn’t be there and that I would need to come pick it up from the original location before going to pick up my trailer so I was a little upset with the gentleman about it, asked if someone could bring it to me but the answer was no.he then proceeded to make sure that I understood that it was both of our faults for not asking the correct questions. Ugh…
Teresa WWhile there was nothing particularly wrong with the trailer, the equipment was rusty, and some parts were greasy. Moreover, this location was very far away from the city (I recognize that no one can do anything about it). Also, we had a very poor experience with UHaul customer service (nothing to do with this location though).
Pawlok DThis vehicle was in awful condition. Many dings and dents were not noted. There is also very loud noise coming from the exhaust which should garner an inspection.
sam CSome seating. There was no place to park (ones body...not the vehicle) after droppin̈g off a return and waiting for a ride.
