I had originally rented a u-haul in Flushing. Later I received a phone call that there has been a mistake the truck will not be available on this date. Option was to go to Burton to pick up a u-haul or change my date. I expressed that is quite a big difference in miles from Flushing to Burton. Manager was able to give me a discount. Upon arrival in Burton we explained the inconvenience of this situation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this U-Haul store to friends and family.

The windshield wipers were broken. Metal was out in the rubber part was frayed. The back of the truck was bent at the tailgate.Which caused me to fall out and break my arm
