Communication was tough on the phone. Different answers from different departments. The address of the pickup location was wrong. We were told numerous times the address was 1185 when we were given the phone of the business the address is 185.the gas was less than a1/8 of a tank.

Tom PAs usual, U-Haul app did not work. I had to go inside and they were very helpful in getting me on my way
MICHAEL KThe truck and the location were great but during pick up and drop off, the UHaul app was glitch and that was annoying. That had nothing to do with the automotive business, that was all about the app. During drop off at first it didn't have me take any pictures and we were trying to figure out how to put the key back in the same box. Then the app finally reset and had us take all of the pictures and gave instructions about the drop slot. It all worked out in the end but when you are exhausted from a full day of moving, a glitchy app can be quite frustrating.
