Mary SBoth pickup and drop off were smooth as practical plus the 5x8 trailer was a breeze to pull. HOWEVER, why don't you put padding on the inside top of trailers???
TOM KI thought that I would be able to pick up at a location closer to where I live, but I met 2 very nice people at the FDL location and they helped me find a closer location for drop off (return). Very friendly and helpful! Thank you
