don't make the client drive an hour to retrieve the equipment - the facility was great and the people were helpful and friendly. the "average" rating is for the long drive only

It’s not this locations fault, but I had to drive an hour out of my way because the original location near my home that I set up as my pick up location 2 weeks prior did not have the equipment. I didn’t get a call until the morning of I had to pick it up. Why can’t ihaul make it easier to get equipment to the location a person reserves it at?
