No representatives from U-Haul at this location. The keys were not in the correct lockbox - found them in another lock box. The lock combination for all three lockboxes were all the same. Nobody answered the phone at this location. Got the answering machine and the message was a foreign language.

Bruce MBooked truck 2 weeks ago, reservation was confirmed, at last moment got text for rescheduled to another pickup location with 6 hours late time, rescheduled cost me labour cost without service. And after 6 hours it was very hard time to find another persons to get help for move, AND truck was got only for 3 hours.. Could you think how to make it out ?
Sureshkumar AEverything was great. The staff was very easy to deal with. The critique would be to ensure that the vehicle has a minimum of at least 1/2 tank of gas when handing it off to a customer.
