Lot was full, had a hard time dropping off, no help from the lady in the store. I had to find a spot and unhook it myself.

The owner of the store was not pleasant nor helpful. The truck's check engine light was on on the only 10 foot truck that was rented. I was informed to just drive it anyway. After I refuse to take the risk I was forced to rent a bigger truck & had to pay extra for it instead of exchanging it.
Kiyanna HToo busy on his phone to help close the transaction. Did not help with equipment removal or site location for trailer.
