The drop-off location was what I expected from U-Haul. Maybe U-Haul should do a little field test(mystery shoppers) to see what they have representing them @ all locations and how customers are really treated. The picking-up part was like renting from a no-name little moving company that doesn't care about customers from one day to the next. Unfortunately, this is part of my story that will be shared, and hopefully this will lead U-Haul to improve their services.

The truck wasn’t what I reserved. You changed pick up locations. The truck I was given cost me twice what a 10’ would have been for gas. Your last tow offer was well into our trip. Oh, your app needs some work. Pictures don’t load etc.
