Emma KReserved a truck a month in advance and when I arrived to pick it they told me yes I had a reservation but there was no trucks available. After speaking with a service rep I was offered a van at 50% off the cost per kilometer but was billed for the full price. I called again and the issue was escalated to a manager Gary that emailed me and said he listened to the call and that had not been mentioned. If the call was recorded which it does state on hold it would have definitely been clear that I was to get 50% off the price of kilometers. Very poor business standards and very poor management. You can bet I will never use UHaul again ever! Thanks for nothing!
