Location has no lights at night, it's very unsafe even with the tiny motion dection light that works only when you're on the vacant field. It seems like they are never there and they always seem to over charge because they only care about the money. My expoerience with this location has always been horrible, I try to use Santa Rosa Beach with I chose again but they didn't have a truck depite my reservation.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was just a field with no one there because they have terrlble hours. I did the self drop off on the U-Haul site. I had a little trouble at first but got it checked in. Thank you U-Haul. The truck was nice.

ANGEL JThe only issue I had with U-Haul itself was the extra charge for the mileage. I drove from pickup location to my new house then to gas station then drop off but managed to go over and have to pay extra
BRIAN SLocal Location customer service was good but the truck was dirty inside and had to be cleaned before moving.
