Great convenient location
Michael DThe app was not working properly. Would not upload pictures. It took too long to go through to get the truck. Had to call thec1800 number to have them upload images.
JOHN GThe lady was extremely rude when trying to extend the time. I tried calling back to get a better understanding as to why there was all the sudden a 100 added to my extended reservation she made and proceeded to try and lecture me like I was listening no she added the reservation not the uhaul 800 number so next time lady take responsibility for screwing up my reservation instead of acting like you didn’t do it. The trucks were jammed up so bad when I went to get my vehicle I couldn’t get out. The 800 number was extremely accommodating and professional this place is a disaster.
