This location is a scam. A few weeks ago they charged me for missing blankets which I did return. Today they charged me a $15 cleaning fee for a trailer. The trailer was returned in the same condition I rented it. I would never recommend this location but it is the only return point in Freeport. Total joke. I have had to report them to my credit card company twice.

Meredith CI had a drop off location that was one hour away after an 11 hr drive which we were unaware off since it was our first time going to this place. I called the National line that gave me the State Line for U-Haul and they fixed it immediately which I totally appreciate that. Thank you so much. I will use U-Haul again!!
