Thomas KDeep sand trenches—almost got stuck. Had to rush my rental due to limited hours and terrible reviews of the place. A 24 hour rental ended up being 3 hours and 17 minutes out if fear of being charged an extra day. Not well lit—zero lighting. No instructions once you get there. They use fear tactics that leave you wondering if you will be billed extra—you HAVE to return the truck how they say or you get charged. Ridiculous—even the uhaul representatives know the owner is a jerk and the most difficult person.
