Employees were not friendly at all literally acted like I was bothering them. When I got the truck is was dirty and the alignment was off . Making a trip 51/2 hr white knuckling it because the alignment was shaky was very scary and not my best experience with U-Haul. I am a repeat customer over many years and unfortunately will not return

John CThis location was EXCELLENT! I got there because the location on Morse road was TERRIBLE! They were condescending, demanding, and not at all helpful! This location is my go to and neither I nor anyone I know will ever go to Morse Road again because they acted like they were doing me a big favor for even talking to me.
