The Uhaul website was not working correctly so the attendant was not able to check out my trailer. We called Uhaul dispatch and they were able to do this remotely. Trailer return was simple and fast.

Chris CThe store was busy so it’s harder for him to come help if you have any problems. He was friendly and came out later after customers left.
BRENDA BPersonnel did not want to unhook equipment. For me and told me it wasn’t his job multiple times , trash around the gas station and car tents torn up by a storm or something.
Evest Mthere was also NO gas in it nor did i get my equipment, the people at the gas station didnt know what to do and took forever.
