The pickup location I selected was at a BP gas station, and I was admittedly skeptical as to the level of service to expect. When I arrived, my UHAUL APP was not working, so my mood didn't improve. However, when the BP employee saw me getting frustrated with it, he immediately offered to assist. He logged right into his system, pulled up my order, completed the pick up process, and handed me the key. The truck was in the shape, clean, and ready to go. When I came back to return the truck later that day, he was once again very helpful. It turned out to be the most seamless UHAUL experience that I've ever had. Highly recommend!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAwful drop off. The employee / owner was rude and didn’t want to help me. He didn’t want to show me where the trailer went or how to unhook the trailer from my car. I would rather drive farther instead of dealing with this man again.
Shari SThe Uhaul website was not working correctly so the attendant was not able to check out my trailer. We called Uhaul dispatch and they were able to do this remotely. Trailer return was simple and fast.
JOSEPH YKevin was great and helpful!
Chris CThe store was busy so it’s harder for him to come help if you have any problems. He was friendly and came out later after customers left.
