How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe representative marked the fuel as quarter tank, but it was completely empty. He also did not clearly communicate that I should return it empty, which is difficult to do because I would be afraid of running out of gas. I ended up returning the truck with a full tank and having to call customer service to get a credit for a full tank of gas. The regional manager was able to do so after I sent her a copy of the gas receipt showing that I filled the tank as soon as I rented the truck.
JOSEPH Cno refrigerant in A/C system. Suggest they print a map of closest gas stations or offer it to people upon renting vehicle. not familiar with area, so I drove half an hour for miles and miles to find a station.
