The lady at Hicks U-haul bent over backwards twice to make sure I hot the vehicle I needed. When the van was not going to be returned on time by the previous user, she connected me with the nearest van 10 miles up the road. When it arrived back in time, she called me and had the rental switched back saving me time and miles.
