Scott LApp worked great. Store access easy. Only two staff but they worked efficiently and answered my questions based upon previous move from MD to Clayton 3 yrs ago. The tech came out, hooked us up, and answered questions. This time our son needed to move is small apartment belongings in Pittsburgh to our house in Clayton, NC. His one way quote- $700! Our two way quote- under $300. 5x8 trailer tows great behind our 08 Sienna minivan. Thru the spaghetti bowl of Pittsburgh traffic and across the mountains of WV and VA. Unloading was only 2 hrs so we dropped it off a day early and our cost was $60 less. That included 12 pads plus hand truck. Would highly recommend.
