I got this rental completely via the app and did not interact with anyone at the location. The app did not work well for me and I never fully got through the drop off portion of it. Second problem is that someone left a UHaul appliance dolly in the back of the truck which I did not need and took up space needed for the things I was transporting. Third problem is the roof of the cargo box leaked during a rain shower while it was parked and got my chair cushions wet. Probably will avoid using the app for pickup and drop off in the future
