I dropped the truck off Saturday around 5pm. The truck did not get checked back in until the following Friday causing a $443.00 charge to my brother checking account. He is elderly and on a fixed income. This money that was deducted is his bill money. If bills hit tomorrow he will have NSF charges because the money has not been refunded yet. Had the clerk done his job in auditing and checking in the truck and keys this would not have happened!

CHARLES JThe Gatesville’s location was awesome. The loafers on gatesville were Awesome. The people who did the unloading in Montgomery,Tx. At my new house were NOT. One calf of them was great. The other broke stiff and was terrible the location where I dropped off was excellent.
