At a moment when every large truck in Austin suddenly wasn't available, Mary's not only reserved the truck but honored the reservation. I think there is an unspoken law of UHaul that works something like if you put enough pressure on local staff they will bend and give you the reserved truck, but not Mary's. And she verbally said so. This is the exact kind of think that keeps small business in America working as it should, and honestly that's all we really need.
