The only take away with this particular rental transaction is the fact that when I called to qualify the after-hours pick up I really didn't get a full explanation of all the steps take to secure the vehicle and encountered some problems that I had to call customer service and walk me through some of the provisional steps but all in all a decent enough rental this time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer I Received had 2 tires at the ware bars and had to call for replacement on 2 tires! the mechanic arrived with new ones and was very professial installed... I Felt safer now. I DO Recommend that the uhaul service centers do a little bit better job on maintaining there trailers as a marker bulb was burnt out or just needed to be replaced, I,M A 30 plus years auto tech, servive manager and would have caught that before releasing of this trailer, also..... who knows when the bearings were service with grease and properly retighten I Have replaced several hub bearings on customers bearing on there trailers for years, lack of maintance.Otherwise the trailer I Rented was in good shape, Thank You!

MARION NDefinitely need cruise control in 15ft trucks. Was not told at rental setup. Driving was difficult 1300 miles, was constantly having to watch speed.
Linda GThey charged me over $200 to rent a basic car dolly. That should be a crime and I’ll never use this store again.
