Big problem U-Haul does is you must have WiFi to get on your app. This makes it very difficult for people to get online to return or pick up. U-Haul needs to fix that. Biggest complaint is you can’t get on your app to do anything unless you are able to connect to WiFi. Everyone else can do it why can’t U-Haul?

Michael BWhile the truck was clean, the gas tank was sitting between 1/4 and 1/2 a tank. I was then told I was to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas in it. That would be much easier to do if the truck was sitting on full instead of trying to guess how much gas makes somewhere between a quarter and a half a tank. The truck also leaked and our mattress and box springs got wet and is still drying out.
