Not able to answer these questions as the rep was busy with two gentlemen and asked us to use the drop box and the online site to return. I had planned to return in person so I was unfamiliar with the online process and didn't complete it until I was half way back to the home I am selling and was able to log in. In order to explain it made me put something in the questions above that is the reason for the odd answers.
