MICHELE CNo fault to Falls Service Centre but i was using the online renting for the first time and was switched 3 times the pick up location. My rental was at 9:00 am and i was only able to get the vehicle at 15:00 due to an online glitch that was stopping me to get the code for the lock. I was moving my mother from one senior home to another and could not delay my trip. It was a painful waiting experience that i do not wish to others.
YVETTE CI just dropped off the UHaul on Friday evening. I had no interaction with anyone.
