I’m not sure I can accurately access this location. I returned the truck before anyone was actually on duty. The place is kind of tucked in so it’s easy to miss it and the entrance is not clearly marked. Is not a paved surface so we were unsure of best place to park. The whole return online process is a bit annoying. Taking all those pictures is a lot. If I have to rent again I will try my best to return somewhere and some time when I can deal with an actual person. Truck was great and exactly what we needed but it was pricey.

Melissa MI was charged an additional day for dropping the truck off at this location PRIOR to the due date/time on my written U-HAUL Equipment Contract. The business was closed at 9:00 a.m. when signage and U-HAUL indicated they opened at 8:00 a.m. I called the business owner who instructed me to put the keys in a drop box which I did. Something didn't feel right so I looked at the U-Haul app which directed me to turn the truck in somewhere else. Too late, I don't have the keys. I finally found a phone number for a human at U-Haul who assured me everything was okay and I wouldn't be charged additional fees.
Dale RDrop off was a breeze! We called to find drop off location close to address we moved to. The phone representative was so helpful and made drop off so easy and stress free.
Kathie UEverything was great and the entire process ran smoothly! Loved the fact that the U-Haul was VERY clean and provided nice fabric cloths on the truck for me to use during my move! Will definitely be my go to from here on out and moving forward!
