The gentleman doing the pickup process seemed new, not sure of the process. Plus this is a gas station so he waited on 8-10 customers while interrupting the pickup process. It took an hour to finish the process. Longest pickup I’ve ever experienced. If you are going to have rentals at a gas station, then you better have 2 employees always on duty so you can make this process shorter.

Location didn’t know how to do the rental, took an hour just to get the keys to the truck. Then realized there was a lock on the back door that neither the location nor Uhaul service knew the combination to. Spent two hours going through all of this and couldn’t even use the truck to move
Brandon WWarn people not to park before you do the drop off in the app. I was required to back in, and the parking lot has basically a cliff behind it.
Beth PIt took 40 minutes to check out the truck! Clerk was Facetiming someone for help and eventually another clerk arrived to help. The app seemed to be having glitches, and that clerk ended up completing checkout over the phone. Also, truck only had 1/4 of a tank of fuel on checkout. We returned it with just under half a tank and UHaul charged additional $30 Fuel Surcharge, plus random $7 fuel charge fee. The only expense that was accurately computed was for the 36 miles we drove. Math isn’t mathing. What should have totalled under $100 came up to over $170
