How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe haul was low on fuel when I picked it up. I returned it with some gas and was still charged for gas. I have rented from haul for many years and never received a uhaul on empty when I picked it up. I will more than likely not use this particular location again. I feel bamboozled and cheated out of my hard earned money.
Shawnia HLady was rude, did not get a receipt. Called twice to get a receipt and she was unprofessional on the phone and arguing with me that if I was saying that she didn’t know how to do her job, all I called for was just to get a receipt. I was calm all the time but she kept on going that she had emailed 2 hours ago, and I said I didn’t get it that’s why I was calling. So, she said she was going to email again, before I could finish saying if she had the correct email, she hanged up. Very rude and unprofessional individual.
Nestor DThe truck had no gas. It was on E. Grant it I only went .8 miles to my church and then .8 miles back to the facility but a truck on E is unacceptable. Then the ride to the church was a raggedy ride. I’m glad someone was riding behind me. Then the battery died so the men at the church had to jump it twice to move it.
